Day 158 since found unfit and VA acknowledged receipt of unfit memo sent to Seattle, and the VA has proposed ratings. My DAV Rep and MSC (Military Service Coordinator) let me know that there had been some movement. Both told me I would “Be very Satisfied” with the proposed ratings once they were processed back through the PEB for ratification and my PEBLO has to officially notify me. They also told me that it may still take awhile. For the PEB to process the proposal back to me or even my PEBLO as he may be focusing on “Getting packets to the PEB” and may take a day or two to get with me…a very nice way to say be patient and keep waiting. (This next part will show my age) but I am as happy as Al Bundy waiting for a Pizza (just staring out the door hopping from foot to foot spiritually mind you)…I know its not over but a huge weight is about to be lifted as my family and I can plan as soon as they hand me the proposal. That for me is a huge relief.
158 days is not a long time, there are many who have and unfortunately will wait longer. But I had been hearing “things” about the IDES process picking up a little speed and Seattle having transferred some files to other regional centers.
I am just posting about hope, my DAV rep and MSC gave me some today I hope that all of you still waiting for anything get some hope sent your way soon. Thank you for all that you do.

You give me hope, Doc. I'm like two days behind you, so maybe, maybe, maybe. Congratulations. Bob

Good deal; it's only a matter of time at this point! :)

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

Best Wishes!
