anyone get their severance tax refund?

i got confirmation that they received my paperwork on Dec 11 and have not been paid yet.

for those that filed, how long did it take you to get your refund?
 
well i shot off an email to dfas to ask about the status, they said my case has been sent back to af separations for payment. should be seeing it and an updated w2 any time now.
 
Usually it takes a month or longer to receive the tax refund. It depends on how fast the employees will work for it. In 2012, about three in four American tax filers received a refund, which averaged about $2,800. A lot of those filers promise to be saving the money or using it to pay down debt, but new information shows many of them are splurging with at least some of the money.

everything is finally settled, tax refund received and corrected w2. so i am completely done with the process.
