Okay... Was medically retired in May 2013. In Jan 2014 i got approved for CRSC, was back paid since June 2013. In June 2013 I submitted an appeal to my PTSD and TBI claim, last looked at 14 Feb 14. I did the Regional Office Review, instead of sending it up to the National Level, my rep from VFW said it was faster that way.
My questions are A. Does anyone know how long that appeal will take? (June 13 submission date). B. If it is approved and my % increases do they back pay me from ETS date + CRSC adjustment as well?
