I submitted my packet to the board in April 2017. What’s the average time for a decision for around that time frame? I didn’t know if these cases were going over 3 years. Thanks :)

I sent mine in a month after you and am still in the "collecting records phase". I was initially told that the average time was 2 years, now though I wonder if they are averaging 3-4 years...

Wow I feel fairly good I've submitted mine just over a year ago and it's just went to the adjudication phase. Granted I've used the VA almost exclusively as a healthcare provider since. So maybe that's why it took less time to gather all the medical records. That or cause I'm AF and they are just hating on you all.

Either way good luck you can always email them and ask. If need be I can look for the email address or I'm sure someone else can. In my experience the 3 times I've emailed them its took 2-3 business days for them to reply

I submitted mine in May 2017. The board adjudicated mine in April or May of this year I think. The PDBR recommendation has been with the Navy since August 7th of 2019. I am still awaiting my letter from the Navy. Hang in there each day is another day closer!

Thanks everyone for your responses. I guess there is a wide range of timelines even when submitted around the same time. I wonder if it also has to do with branch. I was Army so maybe they’re slower than the others.
