Are there different steps for different bases?

I feel like I read so many posts that have completely different steps than my current timeline.
For instance my current process
Unfit condition triggered MEB
AMRO meeting
Code applied
Notification by PEBLO to my cc that I was require an irilo and CIS is needed.
Cis statement signed
Narsum completed
PEBLO notified that it was sent to afpc
Thanks for any insight. It just seems like everyone process is different.

That sounds pretty similar. I think people might just be wording things differently. It is the same process across the AF.

Oh ok I was just curious if maybe different bases or different conditions changed the way some cases are handled.

It is the same DoD policy implemented by the USA, USAF, and USN with slightly different understanding of DoD policy and thus different service policies. Then implemented by commands within each service that have slightly different understanding of policy.
