Army MEB Process Help

I got referred for the MEB earlier this week. I’ve already received one call from the board and have a telephone appointment with a doctor on Nov. 27th 2023. I’ve had multiple trips to sick call and the ER because I’ve been diagnosed with DVT (blood clot). Every provider including the chief of the vascular department has told me the only way to move forward is being discharged because how bad my condition is. I was just wondering if anyone could explain how this process goes, timeline, what I can do to speed it up, things I need, etc. I’ve only been in the Army for a few months. I literally just arrived for AIT so I’m still in Initial Entry Training. Don’t know if that makes a difference or not. Any info would be great because as of right now, I’m not getting any.
