Yours appears to be moving much faster than mine.

That said, I too was told 90 days for final approvals. But I’ve been told that includes the entire rest of the process. Which I’ve been in now for nearly 10 months.

Sorry to hear that. I've been trying my best to be a polite pest to the VA and my PEBLO, who knows if that makes a difference or not.

No. I have been too. It’s the complexity and number of conditions. I was referred on 6 total. 2 found unfitting during narsum, 4 fitting with limitations. I also was caught up in a government shut down where they furrowed the civilians working my case.

Fair enough. I submitted a lot of conditions, but my back was the only one where I ever went to sick call while on orders (and the only one that was unfitting), so that might have made it pretty open and shut for them.

You also have 6 years of files versus my 22 lol. I’m sure that helps. My med files are over 3500 pages

Yeah... and in the guard lol with one sick call visit ever. I'm lucky. Best of luck man

Yeah. I was unfortunate to be in not one but 2 vehicle accidents including a roll over. As a passenger each time. Needless to say, I drive now. I don’t ride passenger princess anymore. One of them caused a TBI which caused seizure. That’s probably 1/2 to 3/4 of those files. Guard here too.

So best case right now you’re looking at 10 percent DoD for your back.

Looks like you weren’t too far behind me. I would have fought for more on the back. But that is a very tough one to get a rating high enough to hit 30 percent on

I hear you, but I agree that it was nearly impossible to get 30%. It was my only condition I ever went to sick call for, so once my other ones were deemed not service connected nor disqualifying, I realized my ceiling was probably 20%. My back will never get better past a certain point, so if it starts getting worse again I'll just go for an increase in my VA rating.
