At what point can you just retire, Stop board process.

Thanks to all for helping me this weekend. Got to make a decision by Monday.

Question: At what point can you just retire?

PEBLO told me that I can retire at any time BUT ITS UP TO MY COMMAND TO APPORVE THE REQUEST.

I don't trust my PEBLO, She has giving me bad info in the past.

I am waiting on the narrative summary. I have had all of my appoitmnets at West Point, NY.

I have 23 Active duty years.
