Awaiting orders… **stupid question?**

Hey guys! So I got my findings on November 29th and signed them on December 2nd. My next step I guess is I’m waiting to hear from new orders from PERS…

My stupid question (?) lol would be… my original orders are up January 17, 2022 and I’m trying to see if there is a way to keep that date? I’m not sure who my points of contact would be for that. My chain of command recently had a lot of turnover so they aren’t the most reliable currently for pushing for me.

If y’all have any advice I’d greatly appreciate it! :)
 
I waited from last November to early January before anyone talked to be about a date. I was on terminal within a week. So you might be out by the 17th.

How long did it take for you to get orders?

This makes me SO excited. I also signed December 2. I’ll definitely be emailing my admin department on Monday!
Do you know your timeline for terminal/PTDY(if you’re taking it)? Also what does it have your official date as?

I start PTDY 15JAN - 25JAN and terminal leave 26JAN - 24FEB

24FEB21 is my last day in the navy
 
Wow that is awesome, I’m so excited for you! I bet you’re relieved to have the light at the end of the tunnel!!! I’m hoping that I can have a similar timeline. Did it take a long time to figure out your PTDY and terminal dates? Or did they tell you exactly what it would be based on how much leave you had
