Has anyone received permanent retirement from BH my NARSUM said

“The conditions are not likely to improve for the soldier to return to duty within 12 months. Further it is unlikely that the severity of the conditions will resolve or improve over the next three years. Treatment of these conditions will be required beyond the next 12 months.”

It’s not from PTSD or combat related.

2. Do people receive P&T from MEBs?

Absolutely it just depends on how bad your condition is. It will be rated and from there you will get your findings from both the VA and the dod and they will determine from there. Best of luck.

PDRL is from the DOD. It is possible with mental health that isn’t PTSD. I was placed on TDRL with that same verbiage for combat PTSD. However, I was rated 100% T&P from the VA with that and combination of other ailments from my medical retirement.

Thank you. I’ve seen on here that BH was mandatory TDRL but I couldnt find anything in Regulation, MFRs or DODI that says that. The only thing I could find was conditions caused by stress reactions would be reevaluated within 6 months.
