Well after close to a year I've been found unfit and my case is with the VA 5/19. Stay strong my brothers and sisters I finally see the damn light at the end of the tunnel lmao.

So how long from diagnosis to being found unfit? I currently have a T3 for bipolar and waiting for the P3 to initiate the MEB. If that’s how it works..

There are lots of hoops here that can slow you down. Often providers take a long time before they submit your NARSUM for MEB. Once it gets to that part it is a bit more predictable. If you want out I would politely ask your psychiatrist about when they will refer you for MEB.

I was diagnosed roughly in October of 22. Most of my wait had to do with the C&P exams taking forever to schedule and populate on TOL.
