Board and MAJOR Delays

So yesterday I decided to call and check on my case, which has been at the board for a decision for 10 months now. I was told that it is still an "active" case but there are some major delays. Apparently there is some class action litigation which has stopped all board reviews at this point. I was also told that they are working on creating a second review board as these cases are really stacking up! Nothing can be resolved until the litigation is completed, she told me. I am case number 2009-00478.

Just stand by to stand by, the old Marine Corps way!!!!
 
Delays at the PDBR? Heck, I live right down the road from them and work at a base close to them.

Any information on this new Class Action? If there is a legitimate case in a Class Action situation, IM IN!
 
I spoke to a friend the other day that was a part of the suit for those discharged with less than 50% for PTSD. He told me that he got a letter saying they would be added to the PDBR for this to be fixed. He said the hold was they are trying to seperate those individuals from the PDBR and set up a seperate review and that the numbers applying have went from a few hundred to several thousands. So where this will head and how long it will take is anyones guess. Anyone else hear anything? #493
