C&p and sleep apnea rating pls..

C&p states that,
Does the veteran require the use of a breathing machine assistance device? Answer "NO"

Does the veteran require the use of a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine? Answer is (YES)

Does this diagnosis warrant a disability rating? What do you guys think? Thanks..

Use of a CPAP is currently rated at 50%. I am making the assumption that you are still active duty, and the diagnosis was given while you were active duty.

Thanks from your response. Yes I'm still active duty and the diagnosis was done back in 2012. I guess I was just confuse about the breathing machine assistance.
