I've filed and been denied and told that if the papers aren't in an exact order they wont even read it all. We really need this so I'm trying to make everything as perfect as possible. His wife was his caregiver for almost three years before she passed and then they dropped it. We Really need this so I want it to be perfect. You may want to get in contact with your local DAV folks. They would probably review your package in person.
