Well as of 18 April there are unfortunately no documents uploaded, it has now changed back to gathering of evidence very odd

Does your va.gov still show a case closed? I was reading through another forum and the person had claims deferred and more QTC appointments for the VA side but as for the Army side they kept the process moving. I was just curious if your PEBLO had told you it would add on. I have the same issue. My exam is May 13th. My MSC told me they are proposing “80%, but it’s not official yet, I think they deferred a couple things”.
The VA website shows one opened and closed the same day and another one with all my conditions. Called them today and the VA rep told me the closed one was my proposed ratings but wouldn’t give me the lowdow. On what they might be, and the open case was for a deferred condition for something that was already examined at my full C&P exam. My peblo is as exactly sure. I haven’t talked to my MSC at all
Ok so we are in the same boat then. From what I understand and I could be completely wrong, on the Army side the PEB should keep the ball rolling while the VA takes care of stuff on their side.
that is definitely my hope. I lost 3 weeks off my timeline to the one snowstorm that shut down Colorado in February just trying to get the final decision so I can plan the next steps, whether army wise or civilian side
I definitely felt that. Can’t even apply for rentals because I don’t have a move in date yet. And I’ve had to defer my school date twice now
If I have VA ratings and was already found unfit... how long should it take for them to generate a 199? Will I have to go in to sign it?
I have an appointment tomorrow to review mine you’ll have to go in for it

I'm at Carson as well.
PEB found me unfit Tuesday and submitted expedite memo yesterday. Wanting to start a job mid-June but worried I won't have 199, orders, and out-date in time.
Did you clear CIF already?
So I got my unfit decision and va ratings at the same time (Monday) signed my 199 and landed on transpoc list (Tuesday) leave calculation and orders (Wednesday)
CIF is booked till mid June right now. My appointment is 13 June so I’ll clear on terminal leave
Good to hear! I have a CIF appt early June. It would be great if I could clear on terminal, that would make things easier.
I get clearing papers next Thursday and I’ll get everything done and just have extra time till CIF
