Case assembly?

What exactly does case assembly mean? My command gave me a phone call saying my board has been with case assembly for five days and that I should be receiving my findings here at the end of this week or next, depending obviously on this 72.

Could be the QA portion or a secondary audit to make sure all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted.

I don't, I haven't been updated at all throughout this process except for today, my Gunny told me that it was at case assembly and to expect findings this week or next, but I'm going to expect findings at the beginning of March honestly. I wish I had more information to give. All I can say is that my board was accepted Aug 23rd and that my proposed rating for the VA is 70%.

I have no idea lol I was told Monday that’s where mine is at and I should hear back any day…but I’ve been told any day since January

Honestly I just want out at this point, fit or unfit I'm leaving, and hopefully sooner rather than later. My EAS is April 1

I have been told that if my case is at the VA Ratings Disability Officer it means I’m unfit…I had to pull the information out of the PEBLO though.

Dude my peblo literally just told me he wouldn’t know until the findings come back. So hopefully your Info you got is accurate

I’ve been told by other people not my PEBLO that it’s unfit. I’d hit yours up and see if yours has been to it.

Who told you that you were unfit? Usually only the PEBLO knows that information

I mis typed…I’ve been told by other people AND my PEBlO. I guess when it hits the VA Ratings Disability Officer only unfit people get to they point.

That I wouldn’t know. But I’m my experience they have given me more in depth information on my case because they plate the only VA that rates IDES for USN/USMC
