What in the world? My unfitting condition was written up as "Chronic chest Wall/Rib Pain." Any ideas on what cat VASRD someone like me might fit into? I had to have a rib cut out (resected) because I broke it off and it was a danger to my lung so the surgeon waid it was either wire it and screw it to a plate behind the ribs or cut it off. So we went with the resection. Now I have scar tissue problems and nerve damage to the area can't let anything touch my scar even somedays the swish of a t shirt feels like razor blades. Also the nerve pain shoots down my back much like the feeling of a tooth ache with exposed nerves. Not fun! Well to all of you JAsons and Maparkers out there any ideas about where me and my injury fit into the grande scheme of things?

I've had 16 surgeries on my chest for the same exact thing. Started with a right 10th rib resection. I'm at Fort Sam houston going through meb now. We should holler sometime. [email protected]
