Code 5002 without RA Diagnosis?

I'm preparing for my C&P exams at the end of the month. I have an undiagnosed autoimmune joint condition that causes limited motion and pain in every joint. Rheumatoid Arthritis has been discussed, but so has Fibromyalgia--no actual diagnosis. My boarded condition is "polyarthralgia" which means pain in multiple joints.

My question is: Is there any way they could try to use Code 5002 for Rheumatoid Arthritis without the diagnosis? My symptoms kind of fit on the broad look, but blood and imaging don't support it which is why I have not been diagnosed. The Code 5002 hurts me when compared to rating ROM for each joint and I want to be prepared with how to handle the situation if they try to use this in the exam. Thoughts?

I suggest you pay for a "consult" with an attorney with substantial PEB experience. $300 for an hour might appear high, but you could possibly recover many times that much in your pocket over the years.
