Commander's Letter Question

So, my Commander's letter just got sent to my PEBLO yesterday. I spoke with the person in my CoC that wrote the letter before it was written. They put some interesting information inside the letter. Biggest questions about the letter come from the statements that I can't deploy or move to a different base. I also can't work shift work (which is necessary in my job). Still, the letter says that I should be retained and that my condition doesn't impact my Unit's mission. Any thoughts? PM me if you'd like to take a look at the letter...

I forgot to add that the letter pretty much contradicts itself... It says that I'm not able to do the job that I am supposed to be doing, but that it has no impact on the mission. Again, it says that I require frequent treatment and monitoring/ follow-up medical appointments by specialists, but "this has not prevented the member from performing currently assigned duties"... I just want some ideas on what type of effect this letter will have on my being found fit or unfit...
