Complicated PEB- many questions

Hey I'm new here. I'm going to start off with a brief overview of my MEB/PEB process. I'm a 21 year old A1C who puts on SrA in about 4 months (4E051) and my health deteriorated after a serious car accident.

Conditions: asthma, prostating migraines, ADHD-PI, adjustment disorder w/ anxiety and depressed mood (hospitalized for suicide ideation), spondylolisthesis of C spine (car accident), PTSD (car accident once again)

7/11- Diagnosed with asthma
Unknown time frame- Fast tracked
10/11- Car accident- hospitalized and observed overnight
11/11- Fast track denied
1/12- MEB'd
2/12- MEB turns to PEB. No one notifies me.
3/12- VA exams/send to Baltimore
4/12- Notified that mental health conditions were forgotten and another VA exam was needed.
5/12 Given a VA appointment date
6/12 (future)- VA psych exam

My peblo is a SSgt that has never worked in medical boards before. She couldn't answer any of my questions, so she handed me the AFI for MEB/PEB. It was convoluted and poorly written as most AFI's are.

Can you be compensated for resolved medical conditions? For example, I fractured my toe and it has now healed. Could I be compensated by the VA for this?

If your package went to Baltimore to be rated, does this mean that you have been found unfit? This is my most urgent question and I would really like to be answered.

If you do not get USAF medical benefits (being an A1C it's highly unlikely) can you still recieve treatment from the VA? Not having medical insurance and being asthmatic would be a scary situation.

I have been repeatedly told that my asthma will be considered EPTS. My MEPS medical paperwork was completely blank. I never had asthma before BMT in Texas. I am still stationed in Texas. I am from California. Haven't these people ever heard of adult onset asthma?

There is a rumor going around that the VA will not compensate adjustment disorders. I attempted to commit suicide and was hospitalized in the BAMC psych ward for this condition. Will that make a difference if that rumor is true?

The lab note for my neck MRI states that the picture is "grossly normal" even though my vertebrae were clearly misaligned. The report was written by an enlisted tech and not a doctor. It creeped me out knowing that my neck was so deformed. At the VA, they took an Xray of my neck and gave the diagnoses of spondylolisthesis and reversal of the cervical lordosis. My range of motion is less than half of what it should be when I bend my neck to one side. This was documented. Will the MRI lab note screw me over?

I want to separate and go back to college. The commander's letter states otherwise. How much weight does the commander's letter really have?

My supervision has already deemed me "lazy" even though they know about my depression and ADHD that make work very difficult. My supervision actually wanted to me to return the duty the day after my car accident! It's a good thing that the doctor didn't let that happen. I probably try harder than anyone else in the office. There is no way that I can tell my commander that I want to separate. It will roll down to my supervision who will use my will to separate as an excuse to call me lazy and make my life hell. I'm sorry if this post turned into venting toward the end. I'm just fed up with everything that's going on right now.

Wow I feel your pain, but I know little about the bus drivers of the sky and understand their branch even less ... LOL ... We have many flight services types here so someone should be able to assist...
I would also PM Jason and maparker........ ;)
