Concern regarding Ebenefits

Hello,

I signed my 618 on July 5th and I am still anxiously waiting for my VA/AF ratings to come out.
I've been checking my ebenefits to see if there's any changes to the status since I noticed on this forum that many people's status changes throughout the process.
My concern is that it shows my disability was submitted on 5/2/2016 and just shows type: NEW without any actions displayed.
Should I be concerned about the lack of updates on my ebenefits? I feel like my ratings are taking longer than normal and I'm wondering if I should take action in trying to figure out where my case it at.
 
I've got the same situation as you...case submitted in July, told I was found unfit since 5 August, ebenefits hasn't changed at all. Has me anxious too lol

I was told maybe in the next 2 weeks we'll hear back? So close to the end but the anxiety remains.
 
Don't rely to heavily on ebenefits for updates. Stay in contact with your PEBLO and if you want to you can call providence (VA) 401-223-3700 for a real time update on your claim. They are very helpful and usually quite friendly.
 
Mine was submitted in July as well. I have not heard anything as far as Fit/Unfit, ebenefits has not changed one bit. The wait is killer.
 
Ebenefits is a broken website. Contact your PEBLO.
 
For me, I learned more about my case from ebenefits and this site than my PEBLO. He's useless. Only reason I knew I was unfit is the second claim on ebennies. Nothing from my PEBLO
