You have 60% DoD & 50% VA. The VA doesn't add up like regular math. Start at 100% and subtract each percentage separately. Subtract 30% from 100, get your answer. Subtract your next rating, and keep going until you've subtracted all of your ratings.

My DOD rating was 46% which rounded up to 50% ( 20+20+10+10=46% the extra 10% is for bilateral ) . The VA just rated all conditions, the total was 75%which rounded up to 80%
