confused again

Alright so after my first Med Board was "Fast tracked" and I was required to have another surgery, my full MEB started in October! My med board is for shoulder instability and pain, but I've just been diagnosed with sleep apnea. My confusion is that the VA rep put this in his finding along with other stuff, but will this go into my PEB? My PEBLO was kind of confusing when I asked so I thought I'd try here. All medical conditions must be covered in your MEB in order to be proper and it's part of the DoDI directive to do so and be fully supported by full clinical data. so if you see your narsum and package and it looks like someone dropped the ball i'd try to get it fixed and not sign nothing, or do other steps like request an impartial medical review, rebuttal and or Letter of Exception.

My package was mailed today prior to me seeing it. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea after i had already signed my NARSUM. I get a copy of everything forwarded to AFPC on Friday, so I guess I'll look and see what's all in the package then. I'll probably have more questions.
