I have a question about a perm. profile with 313113 in a WTU, My Profile states that I can't run, walk only swim at own pace and distance this was given to me by the MEB Doc's, I am 4 to 5 weeks from going home and it was put out that we had to come in and do PT "walk" PLT SGT said if we can walk to formation and appointments we can walk during PT for the 1 1/2 hours, is this something that can come back on us or can we honor our profiles? My MEB has been stopped 4 times since FEB 09 and I do not want to take a chance on something happening this close to getting this MEB/PEB finished. what are our options ?
 
If your profile says you can't walk, then you can't walk. I assume that this MEB doctor was either a civilian or an officer - if the latter, this is a simple rank issue. If the former, contact your PEBLO and inform him/her what is going on. I understand your PSG's logic, but your profile is essentially a set of orders that an E-7 cannot supersede. I'm surprised particularly that this is coming out of a member of the WTU cadre. Good luck with the rest of the process, I know how frustrating things can become with the end in sight.
