I didn't agree with the rating that I was provided for my PTSD/MDD rating (50% DoD) and the election to disagree was to fight for the higher rating. the Formal PEB is just so they review it one more time but my ODC lawyer waived that and sent it to a VA reconsideration Board. There was alot I had to provide showing why I met the 70% rating.

This is useful information. Thank you for the response.
 
My ODC Lawyer was really helpful in giving all the courses of action and what the potential downfalls could have been. One important thing is that going to an FPEB or VARR can ONLY be for the qualifying factor. The PEBLO gives you five days to accept your rating when they present it. You DO NOT have to accept right then and there and if you feel/think you can get to a rating higher, immediately call the ODC and discuss your options.
 
It looks like you're making steady progress, even with some bumps along the way (like the PCM retiring!).
