Attach is my DBQ from my C&P exam. Can anyone please tell me what my possible percentage might be. Thanks.

2 June 2016 - MEB initiated/PEBLO's Office calls to verify admin data from Fort Gordon, Ga
2 June 2016 - Requested my medical records
17 June 2016 - PEBLO Assigned. Initial PEBLO interview/brief
25 June 2016 - Submitted to my PEBLO my Commander's statement and rest of the documents that was requested of me such as medical records, LES, last three Evals
26 June 2016 - NARSUM interview with Dr. from Fort Gordon
29 June 2016 - MSC initial contact/sent me some paper work for claims to fill out and send back
1 July 2016 - Sent back claim paper work to MSC
6 July 2016 - VA calls me for my first C&P Exam
18 July 2016 - 19 August 2016 C&P Exams
20 September 2016 - Received NARSUM & DA Form 3947
26 September 2016- Turned in Appeal
6 October 2016 - Received IMR
12 October 2016 - Sent my own rebuttal that I did on my own no thanks to legal counsel
21 October 2016 - got my appeal reply from PEBLO and got added most of the conditions that where not on my 3947
24 October 2016 - got my updated 3947, idiots still sent me the old 3947 with no updates
25 October 2016 - sent my final 3947 with not concurring
26 October 2016 - Finally at the PEB phase packet was sent up
28 October 2016 - Found Unfit
2 November 2016 - Ebenifits changed from gathering of evidence to prep for decision
9 November 2016 - Ebenifits changed from prep for decision to pending decision approval
12 November 2016 - Second claim closed on Ebenifits
21 November 2016- Received my 199 from my PEBLO at 70% (TDRL) DoD 100% VA
8 January 2017- ETS Leave
14 March 2017 - Last Day in Service
1 April 2017 - Applied for SSDI
19 April 2017 - Applied for VA Caregiver Program

14 NOV 2014 first meeting with PEBLO
17 NOV 2014 permanent profile issued PULHES 333111 and DA 7652 submitted
7 Jan 2015 VA CP exams complete
13 JAN 2015 telephonic NARSUM
20 Jan 2015 MEB complete
23 Jan 2015 submitted IMR
6 Feb 2015, packet sent to PEB
10 FEb 2015 received preliminary PEB findings of unfit for anxiety, depression, and somatoform disorder.... 26 FEB 2015 Benefits move to preparation for decision
23 Mar 2015 Received ratings and DA 199, 80% VA and 50% DOD for depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, and somatoform disorder. Nonconcurred due to misdiagnosis (somatoform)
20 APR 2015 diagnosed by Neuro opthalmologist with Myasthenia Gravis
2 May 2015 FPEB at JBLM denies my claim of misdiagnosis (somatoform vs MG)
28 May 2015 submit VARR for MH increase and request change of diagnosis
June 2015 email VA exec and request new CP exams due to misdiagnosis
2 July new CP exams for optometry, gen med, psych completed, misdiagnosis corrected by VA.
6 July 2015, 2nd opinion by 2nd neuro ophthalmologist confirms diagnosis of MG
24 July 2015 VA changes diagnosis 60% DOD and 80% VA for depression, anxiety and systemic myasthenia gravis PEB immediately returns case to MTF
5 AUG 2015 new 3947 approved with new change of diagnosis!!
1 SEP 2015 new DA 199 50% for Depression/anxiety and 40 percent for Myasthenia Gravis. Total 60% DOD. Nonconcurred due to MH rating
22 SEP 2015 USAPDA appeal and VARR submitted.
7 OCT 2015 PEB memo to VA requesting rating for pulmonary residuals of Myasthenia Gravis.
15 OCT 2015 VA sends new ratings to PEB, 70% depression/anxiety, 60% pulmonary residuals of Myasthenia gravis, and 40% per leg plus bilateral factor for Myasthenia gravis leg weakness. Still rated at 0% for ocular manifestations of MG, but rated 100% PT by VA.
9 NOV 2015 notifed telephonically that ratings had changed to 80% PDRL DOD and 100 %PT VA
10 NOV 2015 DA199-1 (reconsideration #2) arrives, 100% DOD PDRL!!!!
23 Nov 2015 retirement orders!!!
18 Dec 2015 begin terminal leave
30 Jan 2016 promoted to Major and retired
4 FEB 2016 apply for SSDI
7 March 2016 VA ratings complete 100% PT
1 June 2016 SSDI approved

June 6, 2016 - NARSUM Completed, signed and sent to PEB
June 7, 2016- PEB accepted case
August 15, 2016- Received word about pre VA finalization process and should find out in one week for a fit/unfit memo
August 18, 2016- Found unfit by PEB, case forwarded to VA for ratings
August 30, 2016- Status has changed and dates pushed back from 09/27/2016-12/10/2016 to
2/12/2016 - 02/24/2017

August 31, 2016- A completed claim popped up under historical claims with no type and shows complete. Decision Notification Sent.
September 13, 2016- Second historical claim is complete.
October 26, 2016- Accepted and signed official ratings. Sent off for orders.

That is the problem does it only rate anything over 6 inches for any type of scar?
