You did not indicate when you separated. For recent separations from the Navy, you might ask @PERS-95
Request Military Service Records
Recent military service and medical records are not online. However, most veterans and their next of kin can obtain free copies of their DD Form 214 (Report of Separation) and the following military service records any of the ways listed below.

TSC Norfolk, after you submit your separation package and they have processed your Admin. Comes to you via NSIPS.
