Delay In Seperation Order?

I signed my DA-199 on April 23rd and was told I could expect my orders the following Wednesday on April 29th. On the April 29th I was informed by my PEBLO that I had an adverse action flag on my soldier profile which I was told could potentially be delaying my orders. I contacted my command and was informed the flag was removed that same day. 13 days (9 business days) later I have yet to receive my separation orders?

I was originally told that it takes USAPDA 2-5 days to approve my MEB/PEB and then an additional 5 days for the orders to be published. What's taking so long for me to get my orders?

UPDATE: My command never notified my PEBLO that they removed the flag on my account. I made her aware that the flag was removed and now just waiting on the USAPDA to confirm the findings and push case to transition.
