Delayed MYFSS Email Air Force

I signed my narsum Nov 1 and got Myfss notification really late on Dec 10 from what I've seen on this forum it usually takes 3 days or less than a week to get it.
Does that mean my peblo just forgot to send it to AFPC.
Here's an example of the email.
The PEBLO at your MTF sent your MEB package to the Air Force Personnel Center Physical Disability Operations Branch.

I signed my 618/election forms today and got the myFSS email today, but I got my NARSUM months ago. Before I even did my C&P exams. A LOT of my stuff has been delayed and I am unsure who's end is delaying it since I send stuff back same day. Did your peblo tell you a timeline for the IPEB/VA? Mine told me 3-5 months this morning. Hoping it is sooner. Been in the MEB since March

My narsum was done in September and my case was sent up to AFPC on October 2nd it is now December 13th, and I still have not received a decision from AFPC I'm starting to wonder what is holding up the paperwork. I also have sent multiple emails to my PEBLO and have recieved nothing back from their end either.

My peblo told me 2-6 weeks for the IPEB to be completed (dont think this is at all accurate base on other timelines). i received myFSS email Nov 13th.

My stuff was sent to the PEB and email recieved 29 October and no news from anyone yet for me. At the time one of the PEBLOs told me it would be 2-3 months, so I am hoping soon there is something. All the VA says is that my proposed rating hasn't been finalized yet.
