Docket Number

Hi Everyone,

Posting here since there seems to be alot of knowledge and some good advice!

I entered the PDBR process in April of 2017 - was assigned a docket number. In January 2020, I was sent a letter stating my application has been transferred to the PDBR for adjudication. At this point, I had to email them to notify of a change of address. The response confirmed my change of address and stated that I should check back for status if I did not hear anything after 6 months.

Fast forward to December 2020, when I went onto the Board Findings site to check on my docket number. I see that a lot surrounding my number were in a batch completed in August 2020. Only issue - I don't see my original docket number.

What I did notice, and where I could use some advice, is that I read the docket number adjacent to mine (2 numbers up) and that lists all of my service dates, separation date, surgery dates, TDRL exam dates...same medical issues - everything is the same, down to the VA ratings. The evidence presented portion is the exact wording of what I submitted. The only thing different I noted was the MOS was incorrect.

Is that too much of a coincidence not to mention to the PDBR? My thought was to send them an email asking for clarification, and possibly pointing out an error in the docket number and asking for a review.

Thoughts? Thanks for any advice!

I guess both could be common by themselves, but both together - with the same rating, and the same combined rating?

Could be a coincidence, but you are right, what does it hurt to ask? Too many common markers to ignore.
