I gave someone in S-3 the paper that said I would be placed on the PDRL that also had my boardable conditions, the one with need to know. I just had to show S-1 that paper to get my checkout sheet.

Roger, just curious. Our S-1 here is awful so just wanted to make sure they weren't possibly delaying me by not routing stuff properly.

Just got off the phone with my PEBLO. She said that from the day of accepting findings, the PEB has 21 business days to get it to HQ (MMSR-4). If after 21 business days and nothing has moved, your PEBLO is able to call and ask questions about what is taking so long.

When it's finally sent to HQ, it's given an index number that our PEBLO can give us. With that index number you can call MMSR-4 and give it to them for reference to your case. But once they receive everything it should be fast. From what I've read, MMSR-4 has a 24hr deadline to certify your package and input the new EAS into the system. Then MOL can take 48hrs to reflect the new date.

Hope this helps, because it eased my mind a little bit.
 
I had my MEB review on the 30th last month, and it was sent up/accepted on MOL on the 6th. I keep checking my BIR on MOL but I guess the only way I will receive an update from here is getting called or the VA app, which doesn't yet have a claim open for me :rolleyes:

My VA app showed a closed claim almost exactly 2 months after MOL said my case was accepted by PEB. The app will never show an open claim, it'll only show when it's closed. A couple weeks after my claim was closed, my PEBLO called me in to sign for findings.

Your PEBLO should reach out to go over your proposed VA rating possibly a month after your case was accepted. After that you know that you're just waiting on DoD rating. This is the longest waiting game but you got it.

Well, at least we have a reasonable countdown to follow. Still disheartening to hear that it's longer then I was hoping for. I'm ready to GO. :D

Did you get anything yet? Called MMSR-4 and they haven't received my case yet. I know we're still early in the timeline, but man am I ready to go. Only got a couple of places to checkout from and they all require an updated EAS.

nope, called them Friday and they don't have mine either. I'm hopeful that by this next Friday they will. and I'm with you, nothing else I can do checkout wise until that damned EAS is there.

Called MMSR-4, they haven’t got my case yet. I’m so frustrated with waiting and never knowing when I’ll be out of the next (and this time, final) limbo stage.
 
Called this morning, they still don't have mine yet. I'm getting frustrated as well to say the least. End of next week reaches a month plus the 21 business day mark, and going into a 96, not shit is gonna get done until the 2nd week of September if it doesn't get sent over next week. I'm just being salty, but rightfully so. Everything is already done, WTF is taking so long? Bullshit we have to deal with this.

I'm with you 100%. If it doesn't update by this week, I'm gonna be pissed. How tf does it take 15+ business days to wrap this up?

Just called MMSR-4, again. Apparently, their network to check for updates/packages has been down since Friday. Who knew it'd be like pulling teeth to get out of here?

Does that mean updating EAS is put to a halt until the system is back up? I haven't been able to get ahold of my PEBLO since last Wednesday either. I'd like to hear SOMETHING positive.

PEBLO called me back today, finally got my index #. I called MMSR-4 and gave her the index #, they have my case!! They received it Friday. They said my EAS should be posted to MOL by Wednesday. You're right behind me, shit is moving

My case was MOL ready for action on 08/06 and found unfit on 08/11. I was also hoping for September terminal orders but I suppose that is a little too positive :)
