I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but i'll post anyway. Back in January I had a pretty bad accident and was in the hosptial for a month then went to San Antonio for a month of rehab. When i came back I had so many appts that work told me to not worry about coming into work and take care of my family and myself as I was averaging 2-4 appts a day. Now my EPR is due and have nothing for it as I couldnt fulfill my work duties let alone volunteer. Does anyone know of a EPR waiver for Medical issues or anything that would be similar to that? Any advice would help

Talk to your leadership about a possible non-rated period. AFI 36-2406 para. 1.4.11. Otherwise if you don’t meet that requirement you can still have an EPR, doesn’t necessarily mean you will be marked down. I was basically gone the entire year and still met standards.
 
Talk to your PCM. They should write that in your profile 469 saying you were heavily outpatient/inpatient program with dates. I did this and was ony EPR as non rated days
 
THanks guys that's exactly what I needed, also do either of you happen to know of a waiver to get surgery while in the process of a med board?
