Essential Tremor questions

I'm a 10 year USAF AD member. I was diagnosed with Essential Tremor 5 years ago. Currently it does not effect my job. But since it is a degenerative disease I am not exactly expecting to be able to make it to 20. I have not been boarded or anything like that. But I'd like to see if anyone has any experience with this so I can know my options when the time comes that I can't serve anymore. At the start it barely effected my left arm (non-dominant, but I used to be mostly ambidextrous). Now it has become noticable in my neck and both arms (with the left still being the worst of the two), and slightly in both legs. I also fortunetly have not had to fire in 3 years. I'm fairly worried about being able to pass now. I can still pass my pt tests without a problem, though I worry about the push-ups eventually becoming a problem.

I guess my specific questions are:
Does anyone know what sort of disability rating Essential Tremor might give me?
At what point will I end up with a MEB? Or at what point can/should I try to request a MEB?
Since it is not a directly service related condition (I think it's generally considered heriditory, though there is no proof of that), but since I did not have it before I came in, does it have some sort of special catagory?

Edited to add: Essential tremor is a progressive neurological condition. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Essential_tremor is probably the easiest explanation on it.

I hate to think like this because I feel like I might be trying to manipulate the system, but think out of the box. Were you ever deployed? This might have been caused by shots, firepit, or chemicals. Do you work around JP8? Search MSDS JP8, scary stuff.
