Helloeveryone, I've read a lot through this forum and there's a lot of good info. Today the 13th I received my narsum and examination results back. I was referred to meb because of my back, all of my appointment were though QTC. They got almost everything right, but my back they got completely wrong. It states that my back is perfectly normal, no issues and that I can bend over (even though I didnt) without issue. So my questions are - if they're wrong, what are my options? If i need to get a lawyer outside of the ones provided by the military, who should I turn to? I have stacks of paperwork on my back, I walk differently because of it. Thank you all for your time and help!!!

Had the same issue... Got a 10% rating for my issue. I have Migraines for which I use and Botox because ot was a daily thing (and 2 other oral meds for breakthrough migraines) how does that not equate to at least 30%?

Also got rated for things that don't really bother me as much but 0% for my hip, which I have had continual bursitis, and steroid shots for. Makes no sense...

You use botox for your migraines and only got 10% from the VA? How often do you get migraines? I got 50% for migraines and I use oral meds.

I was having headaches damn near every day, that's why I had to use Botox. But the way my neurologist wrote my narrative it sounded like I don't get headaches that much anymore.. but that's the point of Botox!!! Without it I'm all day everyday face pain and headches.. so they said since I'm only getting a few headaches (while using botox), I only deserve 10%.. makes no sense at all...

I was in absolute shock when I saw they listed my meds, and symptoms, yet gave me 10%. I got 10%/80% VA

Following, I have concerns about not being evaluated correctly on my back either.
