Fibro timeline - Army

that's exactly how I feel, my doctor wont put me on half days and I don't understand why because he's brought it up but hasn't do it.

I just messaged my PCM about half-days or a decreased work week. We’ll see what he says. If he doesn’t do it , maybe my Rheumatologist will. He’s the one who recognized how bad my fibromyalgia actually is and it’s just getting worse and more exhausting by the day. Finger crossed!!

notified on 6Sept that i was found unfit....now i'm just waiting for the ratings! things are moving!!

pcm won't put me on half-days or decreased work week because 'adequate sleep and exercise is the best treatment for fibro'. i wanted to throat punch him!! i have 3 conditions that make it impossible to get 'adequate sleep' and he's the one that put me on a med for my insomnia! grrrrrrr! just infuriates me! we'll see what he says at my appointment with him on Tuesday about trying to different sleep med.

I got my LOR last week, I'm waiting on my unit to update my ERB with my awards and my leave to get approved and I will get my orders. I'm hoping to be on leave at the very end of October because my separation date is December 5th. I know it sucks when the doctors don't listen to you but you're almost done!
