"Final signature" at PEB? Last step?

My package is all done at the VA...it's been sent back to the PEB... (Jan 25th) a few days ago, I was told that it's waiting for a final signature at the PEB. Does anyone know anything about timeline for signatures at the PEB? Or the process it goes through once it's back at the PEB before being sent to my PEBLO?

The final signature phase does not come until after you have signed and accepted your findings. If your case is back from the VA it is going through another informal board and having the ratings applied to your unfitting conditions. It is probably Post VA/QA right now. That seems to be the hang up with everyones case as there are 600 others in the same spot.
 
I have been Post VA QA since January 29th. Still waiting..
 
Well for the little bit it's worth, they (peblo and msc) told me the peb has "4 weeks" and that I should get findings back by the end of February.... we'll see.
 
yea they told me the same thing about the deadline. That deadline is a goal and means nothing really. They are simply backed up.
 
My final signature took a month.... Hope this is not the case for you.
 
It'll be a month in about 5 days and I'd happily take it lol :)

Thats terrible.. I would contact the legal representative you were assigned and see if they can do anything to help.
 
The one thing I really hope doesn't happen is what's happening to my friend. She's been waiting since 11/24/15...she's still waiting...11/24 is the date the PEB received her ratings from the VA...No answers, no reason, they just tell her to call back after March 1st then they'll look in to it. She's at 266 days in the process and 182 days since her package was sent to the PEB.
 
Why doesn't she talk to an IDES lawyer? They will find out what is going on for her.

Good point. Never thought of them as a resource. I thought they were there for going over findings and Narsums, personal impact statement and etc. I'll let her know.
