September 2024 - Code 37 applied
September 12, 2024 - IRILO initiated.
September 30, 2024 - Notified moving to a MEB, PCM finished NARSUM.
September 30, 2024 - PEBLO assigned/met with PEBLO, signed NARSUM.
September 31, 2024 - Commander's Statement. Do not retain.
Delay(wasn't told anything, probably should have asked for an update)(I'm assuming maybe mental health wanted to see if my MH conditions got better)
November 25, 2024 - MEB sent to AFPC.
December 20, 2024 - Full MEB/PEB directed by AFPC.
January 6, 2025 - First meeting with VA MSC, filled out VA form 21-526EZ
January 20, 2025 - General/Separation Health Assessment (SHA) C&P Exam.
January 23, 2025 - Ear Condition C&P Exam.
January 28, 2025 - Eye C&P Exam.
February 4, 2025 - Mental Health C&P Exam.
February 11, 2025 - PEBLO received all exams
February 12, 2025 -Signed AF IMT form 618, MEB sent to IPEB for unfit/fit and rating/s.
February 18, 2025 - IPEB found unfit, sent to VA
March 19, 2025 - VA Claim Closed
March 24, 2025 - IPEB Findings Received. 30% DOD(permanent)/ 100% VA P&T. AF Form 1180 Signed.
March 24, 2025 - MSC exit interview
TBD - Final out: 22APR2025/ DOS: 12MAY2025

Your timeline went pretty quickly during the PEB phase. I hope mine is that fast!
 
Yessir it seems like for most people unless they are overseas or they don't have a MSC/PEBLO on base

Edit: forgot to include in the title I'm CONUS. Also the biggest thing I messed up was writing things on my SHA and not claiming them instead which is what I meant to do. So if you want to be rated for something by the VA claim it don't just write it on the SHA.

Dang your process is way faster than mine. My last Exam appointment was 21 Feb 25, and I still haven’t heard anything back to do form 618.
 
Update: apparently OSI had a pending investigation on me so now I might not leave? I had a civilian thing off base that got dismissed (they might pursue it instead?)but I really hope this doesn't turn into a dual action thing. Apparently I have an interview with them "in the next week" so hopefully it's just a formality to close the investigation and remove my PES code but this has not helped my MH at all since now I had to cancel all my moving plans I spent money on smh.
