Finally I’m hopeful again

Holy hell, congrats! Do you know how long your case had been with the MO?
 
If we go by time on MO's desk, I have the same exact timeline as you!!!! Please let me get an email like that today.

Yeah, I'm slowly losing hope because I called mine today and he said that he doesn't get reports. My Gunny said don't expect anything until March. Accepted Aug 23rd so hoping that I get findings next month and not March.

I wouldn’t rely too much on word from anyone other than your legal or PEBLO. My SNCOs and unit corpsman are all clueless on the process.
 
I spoke to my lawyer today, he claimed that they are suspending formal boards for 2 weeks to work down the case load for informal boards. Let’s see if we see some real movement these next 2 weeks. I don’t get my hopes up or believe anything lol

That would be really interesting to see if they do that. I kind of hope, but I also feel like that isn't totally fair for them to do that to them either. Half sat through the hell of our timelines just to have to appeal their decision.

True. Guess we shall see! I don’t believe anything when it comes to this process lol. Maybe we will see results
