First chance to rebuttal VA

I don't need to appeal my PEB, however I want to appeal a VA Examination.

Long story short, I read my MH/PTSD DBQ and he didn't mark 90% of what I said or didn't inquire.

For example: I told him about daily suicidal ideations.
His report: Patient denies suicidal ideation/homicidal ideation.

When in the process and how do I say my VA exam was done incorrectly or with negligence?

Same thing happened to me. I talked to my MSC and he said that I could have my regular provider fill a supplemental DBQ and he would include it in the packet for rating. Still waiting to see how that turns out though.

If the condition is unfitting you can appeal it towards the end. It's called VARR. You are appealing the rating and not the PEB's findings of fit or unfit etc.

If the condition isn't unfitting as determined by the PEB then you have to wait to appeal with the VA until after you are out and officially a veteran.

I had the same thing happen to me during my mental health exam the DBQ I got back made me look like I had nothing wrong. Contradicted with all my medical records and statements made during the call. I agree do the VARR!
