Fit or Unfit

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. Today I found out that I could be discharged for PT failures if my results come back as Fit for duty. So I was wondering how I can find that info out when I talk to my PEBLO he gives me the same answer which is "The PEB received your case and inprocessed to them on 27 Aug 12" How long does is take to get a Fit or Unfit determination once the IPEB receives my case?

Here is my info Air Force over 8 years and my current conditions are Meniere's Disease (2x weekly frequency), Migraines(2 to 3 monthly frequency), Asthma, Aniexty NOS, Major Depression and Chronic Pain.

Depending on the specific case and workload of the PEB will make the timelines vary. One thing to look for is that the PEB sent something to the VA on ebenefits. This is usually an indication of unfit.
 
How do you know if the PEB has sent something to the VA on ebenefits.
 
check your status for compensation on the lower right side of the screen is review received evidence, click on that. it should show who sent things to them. also after you click on that a link should appear for "unsolicited" items in the body of the message above that. that should show you who sent what to them that they didn't request.
 
Not pending decision approval my bad, it says preparation for decision.

FWIW, my Ebenefits is still in Prep for Decision and I already have my orders in hand and will be starting permissive/terminal leave 18 Nov for a 29 January 13 retirement date.
 
Did you go to a C&P exam? they normally only send people they are putting up for unfit findings. Also you can ask your PEBLO the VA/PEB data base program they use will tell you if the PEB found you unfit. AF doesn't give unfit lettters. I had to ask and my PEBLO told me i was unfit and showed me in the system. Good luck.
