I was told by transpoc I have 7 days to submit my packet however I need to change my nlt date. My peblo and msc are not answering and this is time sensitive I'm wo during how did you all change the nlt date before the transpoc 7 day deadline?

Have you told your command? Senior enlisted usually love barking up the tree in these kinds of situations.

My wife submitted form DA4187 to change it and it required an 06 signature. This is for the Army. The reason was for moving the NLT date was to allow her to use all of her leave that she accumulated.

Typically your PEBLO is the one to give you the form applicable for your branch and then you have to chase down signatures and have it turned in within a short period of time.
