I have been following folks on the forum for quite a while and greatly benefiting from the forums as a whole. Decided to share my IDES process timeline out of Ft Bliss.

09/03/23 Referred to IDES
09/07/23 IDES Brief
10/06/23 C&P 1
10/06/23 C&P Diagnostic 1
10/13/23 C&P 2
10/16/23 C&P 3 & 4
10/23/23 C&P 5
10/31/23 C&P 6
11/02/23 C&P Diagnostic 2
11/15/23 C&P Diagnostic 3
12/13/23 C&P 7
12/15/23 C&P 8 (second evaluation of C&P 1)
12/15/23 C&P Diagnostic 4
12/19/23 C&P Diagnostic 5
01/12/24 C&P Diagnostic 6 (final C&P)
02/20/24 NARSUM received, reviewed, signed and referred to PEB
02/23/24 Ruled Unfit for Duty by PEB, awaiting VA ratings
03/13/24 VA Compensation open and closed, decision letter sent according to VA site/app
03/15/24 Called VA and attempted to get an email copy of the letter to prep in the event I need to appeal but advised they cannot give it to me at all until PEB complete. Attempted to get it from PEBLO, radio silence.

Full timeline so far, will update when new information arrives. Looking forward to retirement!
 
03/22/24 Assigned 70% DOD and 100% VA. Absolutely stoked. PEBLO said transitions will call most likely Monday about orders.

Max- only simple VA updates would come up on the website, with the title such as "compensation decision" but you can't view any of the details. Nothing populated on there until after the PEB phase began for me. Like kappy said though, I used the legacy tricare online portal to see my DBQs and was able to guess pretty close to the final result when comparing to the ratings schedule.

Crabs- I appreciate all of the info. My NARSUM was sent up on 19 March. I'm gonna just sit back and wait at this point. I'm pretty sure I've pissed off my PEBLO at this point calling.

I called and told them when I tried to download the letter for my decision the page just went blank, he sent it straight to me through email. I know you already have ur ratings…. But for anyone else who wants to try and get them.

No problem! Good luck man. Let me know if you have any other questions! I felt the same way bugging my peblo so much but it's got to be a regular occurrence. Especially when it went to peb, I was constantly bugging him
