Hello All, below is my timeline for Fort Bliss. My PEBLO and the TAP counselor said its around six months on average for most people at this post.

I was able to delay my records being sent off to the MSC due to work OPTEMPO and scheduled leave that was deconflicted with my PEBLO.

19AUG24: P3 Profile Submitted
09SEP24: P3 Profile Signed (MEDPROS was down for Mx)
10SEP24: PEBLO Assigned and IDES Enrollment
12SEP24: PEBLO Brief
30OCT24: All records sent to VA MSC
05NOV24: C&P Exams Scheduled
07NOV24: First C&P Exam
14NOV24: Final C&P Exam

Looks like it will be about a month to see what's next. I was able to see my hearing and optometry DBQs on Tricare Online, however, they are no longer visible.
 
Back with an update! Currently in PEB. I got my DBQs back super quick and my NARSUM was out together relatively fast.

02DEC24: Final DBQ uploaded/submitted
05DEC24: Telephone NARSUM appt (General info to streamline official NARSUM)
11DEC24: NARSUM received from PEBLO
13DEC24: Legal review of NARSUM
17DEC24: NARSUM Signed
19DEC24: NARSUM Submitted

PEBLO said it is taking 90 days from submission to receive anything back from PEB. This along with multiple holidays will likely prolong it.

I had OSA left off my NARSUM as well as what was going forward to VA. Not the biggest deal but it's a diagnosis I have and will definitely help me reach the correct entitlement. Be sure you read everything carefully! Had I not caught this, it would have been left off my entire claim. That was a solid 50% left on the table for something I already have in service. Luckily I was able to fix it with the Army lawyer. They are a fantastic resource, free, and know what they are doing.

I am working with a VR&E Counselor. I highly recommend getting on their radar as soon as possible as they are hard to get ahold of due to the amount of cases they are assigned. My counselor said he is often able to pull VA ratings around the 60-day mark while folks are waiting for PEB to determine fitness. This is something that may bring less stress during the process. I'm going to finish up TAP and apply for schools this fall using VR&E.

26FEB25: VA App shows claim closed

Finally some movement! Just gotta wait for proposed ratings now…
 
28FEB25 Talked to VA MSC. Rated at 100% VA. Forwarded to PEB for calculation of DOD ratings.

Seems most of the folks that sent NARSUMs in December are getting VA cases closed. Any estimates on how long PEB takes to confirm DOD ratings?

Should be within two weeks.

Did it show in the VA app? I’m waiting currently too at Bliss. It’s been on a raters desk since last Tuesday
