Peb is for my foot after 7 surgeries and not healing some of the dates may be a few days off but generally close to accurate

C&p exams done before medboard initiated meb because I was already in bdd process

Meb initiated by pcm: April 18

Meet with peblo April 25th about

Initial brief few days later

Another c&p for my foot specifically june 20th

Narsum recieved and signed July 11th

Recieved proposed va ratings yesterday July 22nd of 100 percent combined
I was told I'd recieve the 199 form also sometime this week but it's wierd it seems like I'm the only one who recieved proposed ratings before getting the 199 form?
 
Dang that's fast to receive your proposed ratings. If you don't mind me asking, in what way did you receive your proposed ratings? Through mail, email, from your peblo ro MSC?
 
The peblo sent me a pdf of them. In va.gov I noticed some claim for authorization popped up and then it was closed so I asked him and he said they sent the ratings and he sent it to me

July 28 - 2 additional c&p exams ordered for 2 things that were deferred

August 6 - completed additional deferred c&p exams

My peblo has been telling me for weeks now that the 199 form should be sent any day.

according to ides timeline it should take 11 days to finish informal peb phase but it's been a month now, correct me if I'm wrong but the IPEB starts that same day I concur with the meb results right? (In my case July 11th) and the completion of the IPEB phase is when the 199 is recieved? Just making sure I understand correctly because my pevlo is horrible at explaining things

My case was pushed to the PEB on 7/11, they found me unfit on 7/19. They signed off on my 199 on 8/2 but I didn’t receive it from my PEBLO until 8/8. Hope that helps

Yes, I was told my case has to be sent to the office of the Secretary of the army. It takes 1-2 days to get a signature. After that they cut my orders and provide clearing papers which takes about 7 days

So after you get your clearing papers your aloud to leave the next day if your packed and ready to go or is there additional waiting?

Yes once you receive clearing papers you begin clearing immediately. No more waiting.

How long after your VA case closed, did you get your dod numbers back (199).

claim was closed on the website on 7/23 so it took 16 days. however I’m not sure if it’s PEBLO dependent because the 199 that i received was signed by the PEB board on 8/2 so that part took only took 10 days

Aug 14 - da 199 sent to me however they misspelled my last name so the peblo had to send it back to them. Smh lmao but i guess I should recieve it with my name back within a day or 2 so there's that

Just got another call they fixed the 199 form I signed sent back today they said I should expect my exit interview soon and the orders and all that so basically at the finish line now! Just worried I have another surgery September 4th I really want to just ets and go home and have my follow up care with the va because the army docs already did malpractice on my foot twice

Aug 16 -spoke to transpoc recieved all the clearing paperwork and made transition date of Aug 30 2024 just 2 weeks left and I'm out of here!
