It all ends up the same way. Give it a little for IDES to call you. Took them 2 weeks to get hold of me. This process cannot be rushed by the Soldier, sadly.

Ask the peblo for an update, usually they have to wait for the VA for their findings and then usually DOD Goes along with what the VA said and will tell you what’s unfitting. The longest wait is usually the VA and if you appeal. The unfit memo is usally a quick turn around (about a week) it’s the VA side that takes the most time good luck

I think the memo was signed mid October and I still haven’t got my ratings ...
When the VA claim status claims says “IDES preferred” instead of just (NEW) and my estimated time got pushed back..
