VA appointments completed - March 6
VA appointments uploaded - March 14
Moved on to PEB - March 19
Case closed on VA website - April 18
Received proposed ratings and da 199 - April 25
Got my orders a couple days later and it’ll be out June 20th

My process was very fast. I got my NARSUM same day I got my da199.

Few things to add is that I only had 3 C&P appointments and I just signed everything while on the phone with my PEBLO didn’t talk to legal didn’t request formal board or anything. All the paperwork was straightforward and correct.

You get the NERSUM before getting sent to the PEB. I might be wrong but your timeline seems a little off.
