The "lady" (don't want to name names) at the retirement office at darling hall, as well as my commander, told me that I could be on the list either today or tomorrow and orders cut because my counseling and leave forms are done. Who do you guys have as a PEBLO? I haven't heard from my PEBLO since the initial meeting in november. My C&P exams were finished last month, and my IDES Dashboard is showing I'm 16 days into the Medical Evaluation Board portion... This whole process is confusing and irritating. Just ready for it to be over. Seems like my command has been watching my every step since they found out I was in the MEB process. I was in the holdover company for the holidays, and my parent command tried to report me as AWOL because I didn't come to their formations or report to work... I had my own formations and work calls at the holdover company. This morning I had to go in to see the CSM because he didn't believe I was in the holdover company... Just ready for this to end.
No doubt you can always call your peblo, but until your NARSUM is ready for review from your doc, all they can do is ask where it is. The doctors are supposedly on a timeline, but no one holds them to it. Once your local doc completes your narsum it will go to your peblo who should call you in for review and to agree/disagree, if you disagree you can request an IMR which should take about a week and if you disagree with the results of the IMR, you can submit a letter of exception to go up with your NARSUM to the PEB.
Yeah, I was actually confused on the MEB/PEB difference. I figured the hold up was due to the holidays, but I also thought the MEB was the portion that came after the NARSUM.
Update: E-benefits just moved to Pending Decision Approval today.
What happened with yours? Are you still sitting at gathering of evidence since 19 Feb?
oh no brother, my stuff has been done, I've been on terminal leave for 7 days now. final retirement date is 17 June.
Sweet. My ebenefits just moved to pending decision approval on Thursday. Ebenefits also says still waiting on QTC appointments from November, so hopefully it's not screwed up...
If you're already at pending decision approval then you're almost there. you should have your ratings very soon. I'm on the site now reading up on how i get my prescriptions filled through Tricare or VA up here in Michigan.

Yeah, I was surprised myself. Got another guy here that started months before me and his went to pending decision approval the day after mine.
No update... AKO MEB IDES Dashboard changed current step to PEB Findings days ago, but got a voicemail today from my VA Rep lady saying we're still waiting on ratings... Ready to move on! This suspense crap is killing me!
Just got ratings! 50% DoD, 80% VA!

congrats brother, that'll make for a decent paycheck. If you agree with your ratings, your PEBLO will have you take your packet to retirement services. The girls over there will take GREAT care of you, just show them the proper respect and they'll do anything for you.
