Hello all! Been lurking here since early this year, and finally started posting a couple months ago. I figured I'd put my timeline up. I'm on day 22 of VA Ratings step, impatiently waiting for the ratings and IPEB findings to come back. I never got an unfit memo but was told by my MSC and a VA Rep via chat (separate conversations) that the IPEB submitted an unfit memo to the VA requesting ratings. Now I am just checking EBenefits about 15 times a day. The last time I chatted with a VA rep online, they said my ratings are pending final review.

US Army Reserve: 2002
3 deployments (Iraq): 2003, 2004-2005, 2009-2010
US Army Reserve Miltech: 2012
US Army Reserve AGR: 2014

7/11/2016: MEB profile signed
7/13/2016: Med record turn in
7/14/2016: Initial PEBLO meeting
8/1/2016: VA MSC initial meeting with claims list
8/9/2016 - 9/20/2016: C&P Exams
9/22/2016: Exams received by VA rep and forwarded to PEBLO/MEB doc
11/14/2016: Reviewed NARSUM and signed DA Form 3947
11/23/2016: PEB forwarded unfit memo to VA for ratings
11/23/2016: E-Benefits changed to "Preparation for Decision"
 
Good luck! I just signed my 3947 last Tuesday and it seems like it's been a month already...lol
 
No kidding! I know others have waited longer than I have but it's just so damn frustrating. I am trying to line up a move to Florida and get the housing/job situation settled. Not to mention my oldest is in 4th grade so I have to coordinate a school transfer as well. I just want a solid date on when I am going to be out, that will alleviate 80% of my current stress.

Don’t fret about the timeline, I was in your position I looked at the ebenefits page at least 10 or more times a day. It seemed to change but not in my favor. Look under work in progress and historical claims, if something appears in historical then your ratings are a few days from reaching your peblo.

If you noticed there is a big gap between the PEB and the VA Ratings, that’s supposedly because they are upgrading their systems. That is bull the anything from 45 to 90 days to complete the ratings portion.

I signed my DA199 on 12/16/2016 she said it could take 2 weeks for my NLT I’m hopeful ill receive it next week prior to new year’s. On 12/20/2016 I had an appointment with my MSC and on 12/22/2016 with the VA Liaison.

Well, lot of activity on E-Benefits today. This morning my claim went to pending decision approval and then tonight a claim went historical (finally!!). I'll be requesting my proposed ratings in 10 days if I don't hear anything before then. I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
 
My E-Benefits went from Preparation for Decision backwards to Review of Evidence don't know why either. Anybody ever had this happen o them?

Yes. I was Happy with them they actually gave me good ratings on all my conditions.
The only thing was that for the condition I was Med boarded they gave me a lower rating 40%. when it should have been 60% according to my medical history and the way my condition is being treated. My MSC told me to accept my claim and submit a new claim with the condition and the word increase with the proper documentation (Medical Records) and wait a few months. If there is any change Ill get back pay for the increase

Check your historical claims. if something is there you should get your ratings soon

Went to go check this morning and it was still in the Review of Evidence status. Checked the Historical and it isn't in there either. I called the MEB office and asked if another PEBLO could check the status seeing my PEBLO went on leave again until the 12th. Now I'm just waiting to hear back from them.
 
I signed on the 13thof December and still did not hit transpoc as of today how frustrated I am! But they are not sure why so my PEBLO told me give her a few days to research it! Great just great!
 
I signed mine on the 13th as well. I just spoke with my new PEBLO and she said the system is down and that her higher HQ has no idea when it will be back up. This sucks. Happy New Year :(
 
Update: PEBLO called this afternoon, I'm going in to sign my 199 tomorrow!! She didn't tell me my overall VA %, but my DOD is 50% PDRL. I'm so happy!!!

She said to expect to get them in about a week, that's the trend the last few weeks here. The VA MSC agreed with that estimate.
