Does anyone have an estimate of how long the med board process is taking? I know it fluctuates, but best estimates? I don't want to initiate my med board too soon (I'm almost at 20). I need the process to go to May/June 2025 which is when I'll hit sanctuary and do PTDY/Terminal leave....so I'm trying to figure out when to have my medical folks pop the star cluster on my behalf! Thanks for any help you can provide.
6-8 months could be less but that’s what I was told at the Meb brief
Okay that's accurate for what I'm hearing as well. So October/November could work. I also think things will slow down during Thanksgiving/Christmas so that'll probably add a little. And then of course if I appeal anything...should be able to make it work. Thanks!

Yeah. I received my ratings on the 30th of August (80% DoD/100% VA). Received PDIR 4 September. Retirement date of 2 December. Hopefully orders cut next week. With terminal and TDY last day looking like 11 OCT.

Damn that’s what’s up I’m happy for you fr! And nah I haven’t received anything yet. I messaged my peblo she said she sent a request twice to be expedited and still haven’t gotten a reply. It’s a li over a month since I signed my narsum.
