FPEB Appeal Question

Is it possibly to win the FPEB appeal w/o going through the court hearing? Ex. Can the board review your submitted case' evidence for your additional conditons and simply accept rather than go through the trail process?

Please advise. This might sound off the wall, but I'm looking for clarification on if this is a common thing or a rare occurrence.

You we're and still are correct! I won my appeal from 10% to 50%. Thank you for your assistance here and on others posts. I have followed many threads and they have all been unique in helping me through this IDES.
